Sound demonstrations must comply with the limits established in the Manual and must not interfere with neighboring booths or content areas. High-volume activations or noisy equipment require acoustic treatment and may be restricted to designated demonstration windows previously agreed upon with the organizers.
These services must be contracted through the venue or authorized suppliers. Internal distribution within the booth is the exhibitor’s responsibility (electrical panels must include protection, grounding, and proper cabling). Power strips and makeshift connections are strictly prohibited. Requests for compressed air and additional outlets must be made within the deadlines defined in the Manual. Voltage/frequency according to venue specifications.

The rules are detailed in the Exhibitor Manual and the pavilion’s Technical Regulations. Special projects (mezzanines, suspended structures/trusses, large volumes, glass, scenographic elements) require prior approval and a registered technical engineer (ART/RRT). Observe neighbor boundaries, emergency exit routes, fire hydrant locations, and the load limits for floors and ceilings. Materials and adhesives must not damage the venue’s physical structure or interfere with the event’s technical operations.
All safety, fire prevention, and emergency requirements must be strictly followed, including clear exit routes and fire extinguishers appropriate to the booth’s risk level. Liability and Exhibition Insurance is recommended (and may be mandatory). The use of gases, refrigerants, flammable materials, and pressurized equipment must follow specific procedures and technical reports defined in the Manual. Individuals under 18 are not allowed in setup/teardown areas.
